Change Healthcare Data Breach We are aware Change Healthcare has confirmed data was compromised in its February cyber incident. To the best of United Concordia Dental’s knowledge, any letter(s) issued by Change Healthcare or UnitedHealth Group are legitimate and are being sent as a result of the cyber event described above. United Concordia encourages members who receive the notification letter(s) to follow the instructions within the letter and to direct any questions or concerns to Change Healthcare using the contact information in the letter(s) and on the website(available here) .

DENTAL HEALTH PLAN REPORT CARD

The Dental Health Plan Report Card is a Tableau-based platform that allows for navigation of data in dashboard format. Dashboards are interactive, at-a-glance tools that allow a user to filter high-level data presented in multiple visualizations. Visualizations can include complex maps, charts, graphs, and tables, presented in a storyboard context.

DENTAL DATA SYSTEM

The Dental Data System is a Business Objects-based platform that allows for ad hoc querying of data. Users can drag and drop data elements into a reporting GUI that produces robust reports in a variety of formats, such as pivot tables, charts, and graphs. Users can also easily transfer data through report scheduling and exporting to various file formats.
