Change Healthcare Data Breach We are aware Change Healthcare has confirmed data was compromised in its February cyber incident. To the best of United Concordia Dental’s knowledge, any letter(s) issued by Change Healthcare or UnitedHealth Group are legitimate and are being sent as a result of the cyber event described above. United Concordia encourages members who receive the notification letter(s) to follow the instructions within the letter and to direct any questions or concerns to Change Healthcare using the contact information in the letter(s) and on the website(available here) .

Annual Maximum Increase

United Concordia recognizes that the COVID-19 pandemic has created challenges for our TDP enrollees. To ensure you are able to utilize your TDP benefit to the greatest extent possible, we are raising each enrollee’s annual maximum an additional $300. Thus, for this contract year, May 1, 2020 – April 30, 2021, the TDP annual maximum will be $1,800. This addition is automatic and will not require any action on your part.
