Change Healthcare Data Breach We are aware Change Healthcare has confirmed data was compromised in its February cyber incident. To the best of United Concordia Dental’s knowledge, any letter(s) issued by Change Healthcare or UnitedHealth Group are legitimate and are being sent as a result of the cyber event described above. United Concordia encourages members who receive the notification letter(s) to follow the instructions within the letter and to direct any questions or concerns to Change Healthcare using the contact information in the letter(s) and on the website(available here) .

*Beginning December 8, 2017, dental offices will be prompted to change their United Concordia online account password every 90 days. No action is required at this time however, changing your password now will assure your changed password will be valid for 90 days and be available for use after December 2017.
